New construction of a production facility

New construction of a production facility with office and laboratory area as well as outdoor facilities.

The building consists of an approx. 1,500 m² production hall with adjoining social rooms and a two-storey office wing with an area of approx. 625 m². The construction consists of a reinforced concrete structure, largely made of prefabricated and semi-prefabricated parts (prestressed concrete trusses approx. 26 m long, reinforced concrete columns approx. 11 m high, prestressed concrete ceilings) and a flat roof with sheet metal façades. The interior is largely constructed in exposed concrete. The outdoor facilities consist of 103 car parking spaces and 26 bicycle parking spaces in addition to driveways and green areas.
