Our integrated WF management system forms the basis for consistently realising this claim in our day-to-day work. It supports us in preparing, organising and completing our projects efficiently and qualitatively. Process management
A central component of our management system is our project map. It describes how we handle projects in a structured manner - from the preparation of the offer to the realisation and handover of the finished building. It provides specific tools for communication, project management and organisation and clearly defines which steps are to be carried out in the course of the project. It also maps our stage-gate process. This establishes defined milestones in the project process at which results are reviewed, reflected upon and adjusted if necessary. This procedure enables us to fulfil our quality standards and increase transparency at the same time.
Continuous improvement
We learn continuously and strive for constant improvement. As an entire company, we take joint responsibility for further developing our WF production system. This applies in particular to our processes and tools in the management system and to the creation of new standards.
