Project description

Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG, together with ZECH BAU SE Rohbau, was commissioned to carry out the extended shell construction for the PANDION OFFICEHOME Beat 3.0 office project in Munich's Werksviertel district. A seven-storey office building with a staggered storey is being built on a gross floor area of around 33,000 m². With a construction period of around 13 months, we are making a contribution to urban development in the east of Munich together with our consortium partner. The project fulfils high ecological standards and is aiming for DGNB Gold certification, among other things. 
 

  • Extended shell with a gross volume of approx. 167,000 m³, seven storeys plus staggered storey

  • Combined use of reinforced concrete in-situ and element construction

  • Industrial look with clinker brick plinth, metal façade and skygarden

 

 

The execution also includes the following services:
 

  • Laying of underground pipes and foundation earth electrodes
  • Installation of a fresh concrete composite film
  • Filling and plastering work
  • Internal insulation of the basement floors and underground car park
  • Mastic asphalt work and underground car park paving
  • Concrete coating
  • Laying empty conduits for later installations
