Project description
  • Renovation of the Neckarstraße underground car park in Darmstadt
  • Repair of the three-storey underground car park due to chloride damage to the reinforcement, as well as increasing the concrete cover
Construction method

HDW method:

  • Concrete removal by ultra-high pressure water jetting

  • Total area: 6,500 m²

KKS-B:

  • Cathodic corrosion protection from Grillo

SRM and OS-4:

  • Structural reconstruction of the concrete structure (reprofiling) after substrate pre-treatment

  • Coating with increased impermeability for surfaces that cannot be walked or driven on

  • Total area: 6,500 m²

OS-10:

  • Crack-bridging system for concrete surfaces that can be driven on

  • Total area: 3,500 m²

OS-8:

  • Protects concrete structures from moisture, de-icing salt and mechanical loads

  • Total area: 1,500 m²

Crack injection:

  • Crack injection of dry and moist cracks
