Technical DESIGN office
The technical design office combines engineering expertise and many years of experience. Our experts develop economical and innovative solutions for challenging construction projects and support them throughout all planning phases.
From design and implementation planning to structural calculations and formwork, reinforcement and steel construction planning.
They ensure a seamless interplay between theory and practice. By creating coordinated implementation plans and providing close project support, they make a significant contribution to the efficiency and quality of construction projects.
Construction Material Technology
In our construction material technology department, everything revolves around the selection, testing and further development of our building materials - above all concrete. With modern testing equipment, mixers and moulds, our experts ensure that our concrete delivers what it promises.
To do this, they not only work in the laboratory, but also directly on our construction sites.
But they also think ahead: our construction material technology department is actively researching the construction materials of the future. One major goal is concrete that is completely CO₂-free - a real challenge that they are tackling with passion. The first innovative projects show what is already possible: for example, in lots 1 and 2 of the U5 East consortium in Hamburg, where environmentally friendly building materials are being used.

Plant and Equipment Services
Our plant and equipment service ensures that all the necessary machines and equipment are available on time, in perfect condition and optimised for the job.
Because without the right construction equipment, nothing works on the construction site.
In addition to the provision of equipment, the construction equipment service also takes care of the maintenance, servicing and technical development of our equipment fleet.
