The turnkey reconstruction of the A34 truck delivery hall was realised during the user’s ongoing operations. The modernisation of the old hall comprised the reconstruction of the entire HVACR system, the partial refurbishment of the roof structure as well as the visual conversion into a new delivery hall with dimensions of 98.00 x 27.00 m.
During the reconstruction work, the new trucks continued to be delivered and handed over to the MAN customers without interruption. The fact that it was possible to hand over the delivery hall to the user on time, due to the adherence to tight schedules deserves a special mention. Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG always coordinated the processes with all parties involved.
Despite numerous unforeseen interventions by the user as well as additional works, it was possible to meet the high quality requirements and carry out the acceptance as scheduled.
