Our values and principles

We have defined clear positions on legal requirements and ethical issues in our company-wide Code of Conduct. Doing things right - we work safely

Work safely or don't work! No task is so important or urgent that it cannot be carried out safely, taking occupational health and safety into account. Because we want everyone to return home unharmed after completing their work. Occupational safety is a team task.

Doing things right - we protect the environment

Our projects have an impact on the environment. Our construction production consumes water and energy, emits noise and dust and generates waste. We are committed to minimising these environmental impacts so that we can maintain an environment worth living in.

Doing things right - we prevent bribery and corruption

We work honestly and build relationships based on trust. We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption, as this goes against everything we stand for. We refrain from receiving, accepting, giving or promising money or anything else of value in order to gain an improper business advantage. Bribery and corruption can be hidden in commissions, fees, sponsorships, rebates and more. Engaging in bribery and corruption, including by third parties, can cause serious harm to you, our business partners and our company.

Doing things right - we stand up for fair competition

We want to achieve economic success on the basis of fair competition, because this motivates us to continuously improve. We acquire our orders in a legally and ethically correct manner. If you intentionally or unintentionally violate competition laws, this can lead to significant criminal and civil penalties for our company, for the parties involved and possibly also for yourself.

Doing things right - we protect privacy

We use a large amount of personal data from our own employees and employees of business partners in order to be able to fulfil all operational tasks. We ensure that the data protection rights of our employees, customers and business partners are respected. We strive to ensure that only personal data that is required for legal, regulatory or legitimate organisational purposes is collected and processed. The misuse of personal data can harm you and our company and has consequences under civil and criminal law.

Criminal offences in particular can cause major damage to the company. For this reason, we would like to encourage anyone who has knowledge of possible criminal offences or other irregularities to report them in confidence.

We offer several options for reporting violations of internal guidelines or legal regulations in business transactions. On the one hand, a web-based system is available for this purpose, which can also be used anonymously. Secondly, there is the option of contacting the Compliance Team.
