Contract value:

615.000 €

Construction period:

For the construction pit at „Durlacher Tor“ Station, below the cover 275 semi-permanent anchors were installed in two layers as 0.6" strand anchors St 1570/1770 with 5-7 strands against pressing groundwater.

The outer water level at the second level showed an excess pressure of 9.0 m. The drilling works were carried out with a drill rig KR 806-3 with a fully hydraulic double head drilling unit and a d=133/63 mm casing. The sealing systems used guaranteed reliably that no soil was discharged into the construction pit during any phase of the anchor construction.

All anchors were able to transfer the intended forces into the ground. A suitability test was carried out on three anchors.
