London - In London, the Crossrail / Farringdon station is about to be handed over. It is one of the first completed stations of the Crossrail Western Tunnels infrastructure project. Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau's tunnelling division built the station on behalf of Crossrail Limited, London, Great Britain. The contract also included the construction of two parallel, single-track railway tunnels, each 6.5 km long, as well as the Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road and Farringdon Stations.
