Expansion of the Executive Board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG
Wayss & Freytag continues to grow in terms of projects, construction output, and staff. Consequently, the Supervisory Board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG has decided to expand the Executive Board.
Effective September 1, 2026, Mr. Robert Berghorn and Mr. Michael Pradel will be appointed to the Executive Board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG. Mr. Berghorn currently works at Deutsche Bahn AG, and Mr. Pradel works at DB InfraGO AG.
Supervisory Board Chairman Harald Supper: “With Mr. Berghorn and Mr. Pradel, we have gained two leaders who possess both a high degree of technical expertise and strategic thinking. With them, we will receive valuable impetus for Wayss & Freytag to successfully drive the sustainable development of the company forward in the future as well.”
As of September 1, 2026, the Executive Board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG will thus consist of Prof. Dr. Michael Blaschko (CEO), Mr. Ingo Rojczyk (CFO), Thomas Paetzold, Robert Berghorn, and Michael Pradel (all COOs).
