PANDION OFFICEHOME BEAT 3.0
The Munich site of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau, South Division, is delighted to have been commissioned by the PANDION Group to carry out the extended shell construction work on the PANDION Beat construction project in Munich's Werksviertel district (Munich Haidhausen).
The construction project is being carried out in a joint venture by W&F Munich and ZECH Bau SE Rohbau Munich.
The elegant OFFICEHOME Beat will combine the industrial look with state-of-the-art energy efficiency. A DGNB-Gold-certification of the new building is being sought. The DGNB-certification evaluates the overall performance of a building with regard to a comprehensive catalog of criteria for ecological, economic, socio-cultural and functional quality. The Gold- certification is awarded if 65% or more of the criteria are met.
The building shell, with a gross volume of approx. 167,000 m³, is scheduled to take 13 months to complete.
