Two new faces on the board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG

Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG is setting the course for further growth: Robert Berghorn and Michael Pradel have joined the company’s Executive Board with effect from 1 September 2026. 

With these two new Executive Board members, Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG is gaining two experienced leaders. Both have many years’ experience in senior roles on both the client and contractor sides and bring with them extensive expertise in managing complex construction projects. 

Michael Blaschko, Chief Executive of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG, welcomes the new appointments:  
“We are delighted that, in Mr Berghorn and Mr Pradel, we have been able to recruit two individuals to the W&F Executive Board who bring a wealth of expertise and experience in the execution of major infrastructure projects.” 

The Executive Board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG has therefore consisted, since 1 September 2026, of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Blaschko (CEO), Ingo Rojczyk (CFO), and Thomas Paetzold, Robert Berghorn and Michael Pradel (COO).
