The Residenzbahn project is one of the first major railway infrastructure projects to be implemented as a rail partnership model. Last Thursday, Deutsche Bahn and the alliance partners - OBERMEYER Group and Schüßler-Plan, LEONHARD WEISS GmbH & Co KG, Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group and REIF Bauunternehmung GmbH & Co KG as well as Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG - signed the corresponding multi-party agreement. An initial joint workshop served to orientate our cooperation for the future.
The aim of the rail partnership model is to speed up processes by getting all partners in the alliance involved and participating at an early stage. Instead of concluding a bilateral contract with one contractor, a multi-party contract is concluded - i.e. a contract with all contractors.
