Expansion of the Management Board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG

Wayss & Freytag continues to grow in terms of projects, construction output and personnel. The Supervisory Board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG has therefore decided to expand the Management Board.

With effect from 1 September 2026, Mr Robert Berghorn and Mr Michael Pradel will be appointed to the Management Board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG. Mr Berghorn is currently employed by Deutsche Bahn AG, while Mr Pradel works for DB InfraGO AG.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board Harald Supper: "With Mr Berghorn and Mr Pradel, we have been able to gain two management personalities who have both a high level of technical expertise and strategic thinking. They will provide us with valuable impetus for Wayss & Freytag to successfully drive forward the sustainable development of the company in the future."

From 1 September 2026, the Management Board of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG will therefore consist of Prof. Dr Michael Blaschko (CEO), Mr Ingo Rojczyk (CFO) and Mr Thomas Paetzold, Mr Robert Berghorn and Mr Michael Pradel (all COO).
