Technical specifications

Extension of the Northern Court in passive house construction of a new building with two basement floors, ground floor as well as five upper floors as a reinforced concrete structure and the reconstruction of the existing building "Nordbau alt" (old Northern building) in the connections / transitions from the new building to the existing building from ground floor to the 5^th upper floor as well as in the first basement floor up to the building extension joint of the existing building. In addition to these works, the outer facade of the existing building "Nordbau alt" was renovated.
